I have served as an independent consultant for a number of international organizations working on topics of youth, education, gender, and social innovation and entrepreneurship. I have specialized training in research, project management, and monitoring, evaluation and learning.    

Recent projects include:

  • For UNESCO Harare (2022-23) provided research and data analysis for a report on gender equality and STEM in higher education institutions in African countries.

  • For the Abu Dhabi Authority of Social Contribution (2020-21), conducted research on social impact and how the Abu Dhabi government can drive social innovation and community development. Conducted an impact assessment of the Together We Are Good campaign, Abu Dhabi’s community response to COVID-19.

  • For UNICEF and Generation Unlimited (2019-20), designed and deployed global monitoring framework with a comprehensive set of measurement tools for UNICEF’s youth-led social entrepreneurship and life skills education programme in 20 countries.

I have also served on councils, committees and task forces including the Brookings Institution’s Girls CHARGE (Collaborative for Harnessing Ambition and Resources for Girls’ Education) Task Force and the Forbes Nonprofit Council.
